Changes for prepaid customers.

To comply with the EU Payment Services Directive, the Swedish operators Telia, Tele2, Telenor and Tre have decided to block all unregistered prepaid users for certain premium transactions.

For Tre, Telenor and Tele2, the blocking will be only for Physical Goods transactions, such as parking, ticketing and vending services. Telia have decided to block all premium transactions for unregistered prepaid users.

All operators will implement this blocking effective December 1st, 2011. The operators will inform their affected subscribers regarding the changes and that they need to register to keep using these services.
