You have noticed a position on your phone bill that indicates a service provided by ATLAS Interactive or you have had some problems with our services or the billing mechanism? We will be more then happy to follow your case.
Please note that ATLAS Interactive is operating as a technical service provider only. This means that the services used from your landline / mobile phone are processed by using our billing- and transport system, but actual service was rendered by one of our customers. We will be pleased to provide you with contact details on the content provider’s side.
If you have questions concerning text messages so called Premium SMS, you can also use our self-service tool in order to find out what services of which service provider have been used from your mobile phone.
